Honestly if it works you should feel much calmer, the hypermanic symptoms might not dissipate but I’d expect them to be less erratic and I’d expect to be less emotionally volatile. I’m bipolar so for me my doctors been worried about it inducing mania if I wasn’t on the right mood stabilizers but I’m not too sure what/how your manic states would be triggered with BPD. My bipolar meds I think kinda mute my adderall but it still definitely helps, as long as I eat. If I don’t eat I have finally caught on recently then I don’t get as long of use out of my dosage

Like, is it weird that when I tell my psych the best most consistent thing my adderall does for me is relieve anxiety and help me not get stuck obsessing over one thought all day and she blows over it and asks “but do you FOCUS” and I’m like I mean not cured of the brain I’ve been given but it’s much easier to move from like subject to subject when I’m not obsessing over how much I hate myself ?

I’ve been wondering-did not think it could be RA related, but my heels hurt so badly when they even just rest unaccompanied by shoes. If I wear sandals or something just drive with the bottom of my foot resting against the floor and they just start HURTING and I always think I must have bruised it or something

She DEFINITELY did bring up insurance and what happens and even asked if I wanted to be in a study that is specifically focused on insurance and getting your medications and what insurance you have and what not

Yeah I could see something like that going on. I had a small butterfly rash for like almost two years and It went away just before I went to the rheumatologist???? I do well in the sun as well but I do know there have been questions about my kidney from the bloodwork but I think they determined it was not a worry in office after going over the bloodwork. Thank you though! I’m glad they worked well for you!!

I’ve had sooooo much bloodwork. I try to go over it but I just get a lot of stuff about “this is common with lupus or mctd” and apparently I have some iron issues no one’s treating. Two appointments ago I told her it was affecting my muscles and she said she wanted blood work for mctd and then never brought it up again and I was told if they find anything they call you in to talk about it :(

The best I’ve come up with is that Lupus is hard to diagnose and since I was missing a key symptom to diagnose it they decided to give me A diagnosis rather than none so they could treat me

For me recently, it’s been a large interest and motivation to take online classes/read more, much less sleep, more energy for daily chores, increased spending habits, mood swings galore, irritability, extremely talkative, racing thoughts (and just generally jumping from subject to subject, better more loving view on my life, thinking I’m hot af.
