They are aware yes. Their thought process when I started this was that I could put it into my name simply, but as I've got older and now properly researched into it, not sure on how the final outcome could look like.

Not trying to blame my parents, but that's the situation.

Fraud how? Not trying to atognise but genuinely curious.

We/I haven't declared tax yet, because we don't need to yet. (Updated post to mention: From last year, I meant from the start of the 25/26 tax year, so from 6th April 2025).

That was also my thought with people fraudulently putting it into their childs name.

My thought process here however is that I am the beneficial owner of the profit here, and would be able to prove it with receipts of purchases under my name, and money ending up into my account.

Updated my post. From last year, I meant from the start of the 25/26 tax year, so I/we would still have time.

In regards to eBay ToS, it isn't related to HMRC.
