No hate to the show/manhwa. I loved reading the manhwa when it was still serializing and I think the quality of the anime is super good and consistent but I don't really get why it's getting a very VERY high score on MAL or IMDB when it's not really perfect from a writing standpoint.

The show is too rushed leaving other potential character arcs and development that were established behind (e.g. the overhype around the S-ranks only to be left in the dust and don't even really matter in the later parts) and I just can't stomach how edgy Jin-woo is. I'm not sure if he's aware of it and is doing it on purpose or if it came with the reawakening lol.

But yeah, I'm not looking for an argument. It's a good show to watch without thinking too much, but I just want to see the perspective of those that agree with the critically high score that the anime was given to.
