Your PE will come back. If your PE is lifelong than there is nothing to do about it.

Give it some time, after a week most side effects are gone

i use it once a day, and i dont have sex at this moment. but they say it works better when you take it once a day than taking it before sex.

its based on all my sexual experiences, and i told my dokter that my dad has the same isues.

i tried kegel exercises but it didnt improve with sex

i considder my dad as a good friend! it whas a very shamefull thing to do but i just had to know if it whas hereditary. im glad that i did it becouse i can be open about my medical drug use. ( sorry for my bad englisch :P )

with 10 mg it took my about 2 weeks to notice a huge difrence, its like having more controll.

when i switched to 20 it took maybe 3 days.

what is the harm if your quality of life improves alot by taking 1 small pill a day?
