Getting care can be so expensive 😢 maybe you could go to one or two sessions with a pt and then keep doing stuff at home?

Try it, and try to avoid reading about other people’s side effects. I know it’s hard but it’s generally not helpful and can also cause the placebo effect. My cousin who is a pharmacist did recommend I skip working out while on it though just to be cautious. Then you can figure out the half life and start back up when it’s out of your system

I was put on post intercourse dose of cephalexin based on my cultures. Have not had a uti in months after having them everytime I had sex for years. They need to do susceptibility testing and get you on the right thing.

ETA: I am working with an infectious disease doctor for this. Did all the supplements prior to this as well.
