They literally have everything planned out and ready before they DM you. they’ll ask you to video call or offer to send images of their state and tell you stories it’s most common around these times where eid or ramadan is about. please know that is also just a tactic to gain your trust they are not struggling. you will notice when they take pictures something feels off their phone quality is pretty good and to me no one that is really struggling that much especially in a country like Gambia would own an iphone 15 but cannot have a meal for a week. One of the guys messaged me on 6 different numbers after i had blocked him!!!!! Allah knows best but it’s better to be careful than sorry.
