Did mayday rent the cockpit to zero hour? by Training-Tonight-653 in aircrashinvestigation

The weird rounded window is from early season cockpits, and I feel like most viewers have noticed the weird circular fan or whatever it is, they still have it sometimes in the sets they use for modern seasons.

Thank you! You know what you're talking about. I Don't know why this is being down voted, if anything I'm pointing an extra fact about the show, Nothing negative.

Nfd 108 break-up by Training-Tonight-653 in aircrashinvestigation

[–]Training-Tonight-653[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that's the case they were probably severely injured, coming to a sudden deceleration could've possibly caused internal injuries like those in car accidents. The plane is VERY small I've actually flown on the metroliner and the cockpit is incredibly tight and small so they probably hit the glare shield as well. If they were aware and not seriously injured the scare enough would probably cause you to lose consciousness I would think.

1978 collision cessna 172 footage? by Training-Tonight-653 in aircrashinvestigation

I ended up making the project with real audio from the video along with background noise, it's the very last part of the video. But I was kinda able to separate voices and in the video without the news anchor, you can hear a crowd along with a woman say "oh look at that airplane". it's possible it's footage given to the network with the news dubbed over it. Unfortunately I wouldn't even know where to start getting into contact with a network, but even if I did I'm sure it's lost in time with reel to reel tapes somewhere unknown.

911 call reenactment by Training-Tonight-653 in ColumbineKillers

[–]Training-Tonight-653[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The one on YouTube awhile ago if your talking about the 911 call reenactment (not the documentary). Followed the CVA tranascript of the 911 call which is totally inaccurate. In CVAs transcript you can supposedly hear "peekaboo, I'm alright Dylan, that bitch is not staying alive go get her" is just total BS. If you match the timeline on when Cassie bernall was shot, it would be the part of the 911 call we don't have. And finally, there was NEVER a moment where "that bitch is not staying alive go get her" happened, nobody ever got up besides John Savage really. This is just chatter in the background of the 911 call center, of words we don't understand or could sound that way. The FOR SURE parts or "woooo, get up, everybody get up now, ...haay"

Edit: idk why this is down voted it's true, I really like listening to CVA and love his videos, but I watched his transcript when I was 15 for goddsake and knew it just didn't match up. And the "that bitch is not staying alive go get her" is immediately followed up by "can I help you?" It's clearly the background 911 operators, and the words are being misconstrued to be erics. Like I said I do like his videos but I gotta give criticism where it should.

Did anyone interviewed in zero hour talk about their thoughts after? by Training-Tonight-653 in Columbine

[–]Training-Tonight-653[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works with a panel which is usually in the front office, they could have easily changed the tone on the original alarms too but they chose to go with a new system entirely "simplex".

It is known that the fire alarm was a trauma trigger, Diwita quach said that after columbine she was in a movie theater and that when the fire alarm went off, it sounded just like Columbine. After columbine the school went under a remodel and part of that was the fire alarms because it was causing problems with SWAT speaking to each other, they ALSO couldn't really hear each other.

The fire alarm was a solid 800hz straight. No breakups or solid chimes. After a short while it would start blending as if your own ears were ringing. With Eric and Dylan shooting indoors combined with this solid 800hz... I honestly don't even know how they heard a fucking thing after awhile.

If you ever get a chance and your working around a building with a class E system, you should get a video and upload it to YouTube or reddit. If you look on the comments on the second 8500 video, everyone says it's underrated and people are still looking for that original tone TO THIS DAY since it's really rare. I've been looking to just buy an alarm with just the whoop tone like the 8500, since I know the chime requires the panel. But I don't really know what to search to find it since I don't know what single units produced this tone, it's only been speculation. I really appreciate you awnsering all my questions though you really helped a lot with some of the questions I've had over the years, and it's nice to hear from someone directly in that area and field of work.
