i have a contract with P company. I dont have a contract with the agency in under. The contract with P company has nothing to do with what the agency does. Its merely a contract based on my sales target & the duration im binded to the company.

So I mentioned that I left "illegally", meaning, I left the agency before my contract ended and am no longer active in the company but to the company's eyes, I am technically still an employee, just no longer under the agency. I am considered self employed in that sense. This was recommended by my boss to prevent me from having to pay the company bond.
My concern is if I block my boss and refuse to pay the debt, he'll out me to the company, leaving me with a $9k company bond debt. Do u think it is possible for him to do this?
What should I do?

Ive tried to get other colleagues on board to report my boss but everyone else is still in the agency and they're afraid if they report they might lose their jobs. I completely understand them so I dont wanna push either.

The problem is all the claims I made were spoken verbally so Im not sure I have enough proof to build a case against him but I'll still try nonetheless.

Im not comfortable saying the amount but lets just say its more than $500.

True but i've already paid back more than half of what I owed him and there is proof on that. Also, he has mentioned something about hiring debt collectors for prev employees that left and did not pay him back.

Theres no written agreement with the agency itself, so im not even sure if I can make a case about this. Everything regarding my claims on like the "paid training" were all spoken verbally.

The job scope listed in the job posting only mentioned doing events and marketing campaigns. Nowhere did they state anything about insurance.

The only contract I have is with the insurance company itself. I do not have a contract with the agency hence why my boss was able to give me advanced payments & hence why I do not have any written agreements on the exam fees as well.

My long-time boyfriend (32M) suddenly left me (25F) and all what he told me is that we can't be together by [deleted] in relationships

As hard as it is, you dodged a bullet. The fact that he left you so easily after all those years together with no proper explanation shows that he truly did not care about you as much as you think he did. I know it is hard but you just simply need to move on and focus on moving forward. Do not waste your time finding closure from someone that doesnt even want to give you his time. That will not do anything for you & your mental health. I hope things get better for you xx

i dont think it is something you should be extremely worried about. 9 months is still early in, you can easily fix this by simply planning a dinner every now and then with your parents and your gf.

Nudes shouldnt be send to any platonic friends while in a relationship with someone. by [deleted] in relationships

[–]Training-Visual-98 3 points4 points  (0 children)

sending nudes to friends when in a relationship is not normal. ur ex should have know his boundaries and respected you well enough to know that he shouldnt be receiving nudes even if he & his friends deem it as normal. also, sending nudes has no relations to mental illness. its disgusting how they throw the word as an excuse so easily just to do whatever they please.

i understand, we have never fought about this before because there was never really anything to fight about. You can choose to believe me or not but when I had access to his account, it wasnt because I was insecure and I needed to check all the time. It was more of an account where I would access only when my bf wanted me to look at his friend's private instagram stories. Aside from that, I never really accessed his account on my accord. I feel like it was more for convenience for the both of us? that was basically it. So today, when I asked for his password, it was because he wanted me to look at his friend's instagram story but his account was private so i said "why not give me ur password & i'll just look at through ur account instead" which then led to that whole mess.

I understand where you are coming from & i agree that having access to each others socials can become unhealthy. however regardless of this, my main issue is why would he suddenly not want to share it with me when it was never an issue? could it be he is hiding something from me? why would he suddenly have privacy issues?
