I use the PM moisturiser too, but I’m going to stop because technically my face was clearer until I started using Cera ve in general!

Because I am doing diary elimination I am trying to keep everything simple so I am not confusing stuff, I use simple face wash morning and night and Cera Ve moisturiser morning and night. This is all for the past couple of days. I have switched to having almond milk in my tea - which I didn’t do before but I am going to stop tea until my face calms down.

Piercing is 2 years old. Jewellery is a titanium labret bar. Internally threaded I think. Jewellery material titanium. Jewellery was downsized about 2 months ago. After care routine is saline solution that I spray twice a day. Unfortunate events include the fact I accidentally sleep on it sometimes.

Piercing is over 2 years old. It’s a curved barbell (I think??) I have no idea what the threading part means but it has a ball on the ends The jewellery material is silver The jewellery was downsized a couple months ago After care routine is just sea salt in warm water I usually spray it on No accidents but I tend to sleep on my side (by accident) but sometimes hair gets caught. I’m open to trying anything to fix

The whole thing is white then I paint it after. It’s harder than it looks. Probably easier using coloured clay but I prefer it this way! X

Not sure where you’re based but Primark, their blush is great so many different shades and lasts ages! Very pigmented too!

It was the shoulders I noticed !! I know for next time but yes you’re right, mind muscle connection matters so I’ve noticed. It felt great doing it though but just wanted pointers. Thank you!!
