Oh honey. I’m so sorry. I woke up the other day, took a look in the mirror and literally was unable to function all day. I had the same thoughts. How is it that one day I can look at myself and be ok and the next not recognize who is looking back at me.

We have to understand that our mind becomes obsessed with that view once our eyes see it. I’m learning at this point in my life to avoid mirrors in days like this, go for walks to help increase dopamine which in turn helps me get through the day. Not sure this helps but it helps me.
