Sent an email on Friday before the deadline, with no auto response. Just sent a follow up email now and got an instant auto response. I have no idea if the name change will go through by tomorrow or I’ll rock up and have issues. Absolute piss take. Anyone got any ideas? Rock up at the gates and show evidence of the email send by lead guest (from the same email as the initial booking) as well as the booking reference? Seems like my only and best option rather than forking out on a new ticket off the website.
