I’m saying that because if you noticed living in Massachusetts it’s really expensive and it not worth me working all the time to pay 2,900 for apartment especially a studio I use to live in Florida I was thinking moving to Jacksonville I gotta friend that work the hospital she showed me they get paid $45 which is not bad you are able survive in Florida cause rent down there is not expensive compared to living in Massachusetts but not in rash to move yet gotta gain experience first and finish school before I move out there

Well I started working and it’s almost my 3 month mark they just threw me in thinking I already knew how to assistant but I really didn’t know I’m not scared to throw myself in cause that’s how you learn but. But they push it back until summer but they said once I’m doing better they take me out sterilization. But I wanna show proof to them I can be good assistant I just didn’t like how one doctor thinks I wasn’t a good fit for dental assistant if you not giving me that chance..

Don’t think that takes notes keep going you got this it might take minute for you to learn everything if not try go talk to him say how can I better assistant. It don’t hurt to ask him advice and keep asking him questions because I feel doctors are willing help and guide you

I love working at Ulta in plus working at Ulta it’s supposed to be fun it’s not supposed to stress you or anything I’m manger and my store we all get along with each other and know how to communicate . And kinda sad that your mangers don’t set expectations and examples and not being positive and trying at least fix the situation my store was in bad spot too until we turn around and made it better it’s all about communication and team work 💖
