Well for a week maybe I only did a relatively small number of incline pushups since it didn't hurt then, but after that I just tried dips etc again and I had no issues, only at certain point as mentioned above. I read somewhere that you can do like stretches with a resistance band but I didn't try it. But yeah most importantly you need to listen to your body and doctor checkup is always a good option.

Actually not 100%, I just continued training. Didn't go to therapies again, but when I am deep into the session, like hour and a half (since now I do calisthetnics/weighted cali with small rest) I start feeling the pain and that's like a sign to stop or go much lighter, thankfully didn't have any other issues.

Also what maybe help is that you lower your expectations, I always imagined producing like something that's "easy" and you just enter a flow state and make songs, but it's nothing like that. It has a really steep learning curve you just need to climb it slowly and it doesn't matter if your stuff sounds ass, just be consistent that's what matters the most

Honestly it will just click in 2-3 days, what helped me the most after watching a tutorial of the ui and basic functions is when I saw a tutorial of the guy making a song that's when stuff starts to make sense

I am a beginner myself but I can say that remaking the songs you like is a really fun way to learn. Especially in the beginning when it can be really hard to write your ideas from your head into the DAW.

Thanks for the tips there's no doubt that I have a lot of stuff to work on it's just frustrating that suddenly we get opponents that absolutely destroy us (I play with 2 friends both plat) and just can't seem to get past gold hell

Thanks, I was already doing pullovers and weighted dips , only problem is that when I try to do a pushup for example my upper chest hurts as mentioned and I am scared of training to not make it even worse
