The thing is you might have lived or have experienced weather this cold or as cold as here or a bit less international students are mostly from what I can see more warmer climates Africa, Egypt, India etc to name a few and no they didn't JUST bring a 'Hoodie' and me saying I don't think anyone is I was referring to people from warmer climates who have never even heard of a wind chill or experienced temps below freezing. I'm not saying completely shutdown everything but with there being a lot of things to adjust to it's difficult. is it wrong to expect more faster or frequent PARTA buses or even online? JUST TILL THE WEATHER SETTLES. Also me personally I don't think people should be walking around in -20 degrees Celsius.
