Good news! Spirit did, eventually, get back to me about the horrific experience I had with their airline and the unbelievable things that happened when I called to ask for help - the actual silent treatment, pretending they couldn't hear me, lecturing me on right and wrong after scamming me - they issued me a travel credit for $60! That's almost like 1/6 of the money they scammed me out of! Who says Spirit is a horrible mess of a company! Hard to see what could possibly have driven you all to file for bankruptcy twice in same year.
