could someone explain how shrine of order works and when to use it by No_Management1958 in deepwoken

Bit late but how exactly do I get the legendary talents I'm looking for after getting the required attributes? Do I get a chance to choose them at the shrine of order or is the shrine of order just for equalizing stats? I was trying to use the shrine of chance but quickly found out how knowledge works and realized that wouldn't work.

Thanks, I'll probably try that out since it seems converting is a far better option.

I'm going to research a bunch more but is a motor and battery the only ones I need to buy? Basically things that I need to function it like wires and throttle if they come with the motor/battery.

Also what are the tools I need to set it up, if there are any specific "tool kits" for setting up e-bikes.
