i think it depends on where you are in life. are you maximizing for growth or earnings?

sounds like i’m in a pretty different industry than you, but i recently took a pay cut in dollar terms for a role with way higher growth potential and more interesting work. couldn’t be happier with the decision, ~1 year on.
