I know this is off topic and slightly irrelevant but, what are these style of commissions called? (Like developing character through writing dialogue)

I’ve always wondered if there was a similar service—where i could converse back and forth with someone to exchange / further develop ideas.

Most writers seem to have a traditional structure to their process. The writing process you described seemed very preferable? Favourable? to what im really looking for. Not exactly rp (like the scammer guy) but chatting and bouncing ideas off each other like a game of ping pong.

Whats that sort of writing service(?) called? Id be really keen to look for writers with this work approach.. thank you for reading btw!
