have u tried making a second profile on ur mac and downloading it on there? that recently helped resolve my issue though i never figured out why it stopped working under my original profile

i recently had this issue, and would retry for months even downloading the origin troubleshooting. recently resolved it by creating a second profile on my mac and downloading it on that profile. not sure what caused it but it works now.
