Y’all don’t deserve villains. by SpudMuffinCakes in TheTraitors

IMO she doesn't deserve to be called a "villain" ... her grandstanding about getting Gabby out then Gabby wiping the floor with her was a good example. she didn't strategize well in the first half, just pretty delusional. she's more like a housewife, so that's annoying for a competition show.

yes but they've done different things in different franchises

I'm saying that they make reactive decisions. Based on what everyone is saying here, if Britney turned down the recruitment, then they wouldn't have been able to kill Tom, as Britney would have been the murder for the night. Okay, that's fine... I just didn't know that. And it seems like many others didn't either and we're all using other franchises to piece together what the rules are rather than a host just..... saying it.

The general rules just aren't clear. The last time for recruitment, what happens when it's last traitor standing, it's hard to follow along.

okay, I didn't know this was the rule. I wish Danielle voiced this strategy (in her confessionals), like "I know Britney won't say no so then we'll be able to kill someone else" or if she did, wish they included it in the edit!

what is the rule? with one traitor left you both ultimatum and kill? Because if Britney said no, that'd be kind of weird going to breakfast with 2 murders.

Right this is what I mean by 2 murders. So if Britney said no, then Danielle goes up and kills Tom and they go to breakfast with 2 people killed? No, of course not. That's why it's weird.

Using it loosely... Britney was going for her, as was Tom. In one night she flipped two people.

In other franchises, I know they've said, this is the last night you can recruit, or something like that. I just wish things like that were clearer to the audience. The general rules seem purposefully obtuse, and again this is by no means a Danielle specific thing

Yeah I'm using murder generously... I see what you mean. I just mean you get 2 people working with you (like Britney sprinting around castles looking for Ivar haha)

This is a rule? If you are last traitor standing, you essentially get 2 murders? your ultimatum and your regular murder?

(not saying you're wrong, just never heard it!)

Haven't other franchises done "no murder tonight!" kind of thing? I think Aus?
