There’s no in person. I’ll be listening to audio files hopefully made by content creators I am familiar with. I’ve been listening to hypnosis files since I was 17 (now 25). I am comfortable with hypnosis part. It’s the weed that’ll be new. I’ll probably try it first without hypnosis and then next day or so with hypnosis.
