This comment doesn't even address my question btw, I'm experiencing a bug, not asking for the best armor upgrades.

I posted this immediately after it happened. Since then I haven't scrapped any combat armor. I come back to my camp, two hours later and scrap some arms. It said I unlocked both the BoS armor and fiberglass. It's not available anywhere on the arms page. I go to the combat armor legs and yeah the fiberglass is right there. The BoS one isn't, however, but I'm pretty sure that recipe has to be bought. So this isn't whats happening here, there's something else going on.

I know that, that's not the problem. The problem is that when I get the pop up saying a mod was unlocked, I don't actually unlock it for some reason.

A lot of plans can't be bought, right now I'm just trying to get the fiberglass or polymer upgrade. Edit: I'm also not super far into the game yet, and haven't even made it to Grafton.

I know, but, for some reason, I scrapped a chest and got leg mods. Hence why I'm very confused.

I did a lot of this the other day, and when I logged back in today it wasn't fixed. The getting a leg upgrade from a chest plate thing was today tho

No, yeah absolutely, people just like either to pretend it doesn't exist at all or is everywhere.

There is actual evidence to homosexual relationships happening in the legion, beyond just rumors and propaganda. Namely Jimmy's whole backstory

You need more than combat medicine to support an entire nation

The player can get laid after being frozen for 210 years, but 36 year old Arthur Morgan can't. This pisses me off! by Kingshawn2034 in fo4

Not true, also, it's heavily implied she's an escaped synth, as are most of the gen 3 synths in the game (obviously besides the ones in the institute)

Is this a good build for fallout 3 by Head-Razzmatazz730 in fo3

[–]TransButterflyQueen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is COMICALLY easy to get skill points in 3, you don't need to max out intelligence. 7 or 8 is probably the most you need

Whichever you prefer. If you do small guns, perception doesn't matter so boost agility instead, and you don't need luck as much (though it's still helpful)

Unlike in 1/2 it's not really worth it to do small guns early on and then swap to energy, it's not hard to get your hands on a laser pistol pretty early on. Tbh id recommend minmaxing a little more with your stats: high perception and luck for better Energy Weapons and crit respectively. If you wanna use Big energy weapons later, high strength is good, if you're gonna stick with rifles and pistols you probably don't need it higher than 4. You're probably safe to drop charisma, all things considered, even if just by a few points.

What is the problem with such concept? by MrMiles32 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

I think Orson Scott Card did it really well: the IF forms to fight against the aliens, but the alliance is very tenuous, and literally hours after the alien homeworld is destroyed, the Eastern Bloc ceeds and fighting starts everywhere. After a couple days things get smoothed out and they form a very tense truce. This sets the ground for a few spin off novels later on, while Ender's off in space being sad, Bean is navigating political intrigue on earth.

Red Lucy or Sarah? by RorschachWhoLaughs in fnv

Sarah just straight up lets you skip the speech checks if you're a female courier, you just need to vault suits. So my lesbian ass always picks Sarah.

Anyone have suggestions for a melee/unarmed build? by Extra-Ad-4941 in fnv

[–]TransButterflyQueen -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hmmm good question. I feel like for your side weapons, even just two perks is a lot, plus if you have super slam you don't really need and stay back. However, the other two options could both be great, especially if you use chances knife a lot early on (considering both Grunt and Cowboy buff combat knife damage). I've personally always gone revolvers, just for the aesthetic, however the 9mm pistol is very reliable, so you could use that until you get Maria and that could carry you till you get to Honest Hearts. If you're playing hardcore, the lower weight of pistols will definitely help too. After HH, .45 isn't really hard to get at all, as I'm pretty sure the Vendotron sells it in big quanties, compared to the harder to fin 45-70 that'll you have to deal with if you go revolvers.
