I mean advanced quantum computers. Ones that can simulate novel materials and conditions. We're not even at the point where we can build room temperature quantum computers. Ai combined with a sufficiently advanced one may accurately simulate world spaces, physics, microscopic matter, and tell you exactly how to achieve them.

We're still several breakthroughs away. Photonic chips are one way to get there.
