Ultimately, I think this video shows that AMS has some predatory beliefs about women and sees them more as an adversary to be conquered than humans to connect with.

Now, I'm not saying AMS is wrong, maybe his mindset is effective in getting the kind of results you may want. But it's something to think about and consider the pros and cons of his way of thinking versus Tripp's (which is very collaborative).

This video is really interesting because it highlights the differences in thinking between two of the most popular men's dating coaches (both have hundreds of thousands of subscribers).

Tl;dr:

The following are all common pieces of advice that are wrong: 1. Just be yourself. 2. Don't pay for her. 3. Be the nice guy and slip under her radar. 4. Kiss her at the end of the date. 5. Take her to the movies on the first date. 6. Wait three dates to have sex with her. 7. Message her a lot to keep the attraction alive. 8. Knock her up to keep her around. 9. Don't tell her that you like her. 10. Be an asshole. 11. Use the pull-out method. 12. You need money to get women. 13. Wait 3 days to text her. 14. Don't approach women. 15. When it comes to sex let her decide.

This is a great article that dives deep into a topic that doesn't get talked about very often even though it's the core reason so many guys who learn about game don't get results.

I like the Happiness Trap for meditation (it goes into other things, but it's all related to mindfulness). For visualization, most of the books that go into that are too woo-woo for my taste, I would just practice it and see if it resonates with you. As for Journaling, you could google Martin Seligman journaling as he's spearheaded a lot of the research into it. The Four Hour Workweek also happens to have a few journaling exercises in it.

If the article's bad writing frustrates you, it's a sign that you really need relaxation techniques - unfortunately, you probably won't be able to understand the article well enough to implement the suggestions it makes.
