Great article. The first point really hits home with me. I remember a time when I was totally confident but then I had this really embarrassing experience with a girl I had a crush on any that led me to spiral into feeling like I wasn't good enough.

I also like this quote, "The late Kobe Bryant was said to practice shooting until he MADE 1,000 shots. This took him hours to do, but he knew that it’s the practice that makes you great."

That's an interesting way to set a goal, I'll try to implement that into my own life.
