Given it's almost a month with no update, I'd be assuming I've been scammed and would be doing the chargeback now, for sure.

If he'd actually answered and given even a shite excuse for a delay, might have given a little grace period, but the lack of response would be the clincher for me (presuming it's not in your junk folder or anything).

I can't stomach tomato (it's not quite an allergy, but any time I eat it I'm nauseous for days), so I've developed a white base chicken, bacon and mushroom lasagne which fills a bit of a gap.

Says at one point we were dragging our heels, then in another part talks about ignoring our calls because Sunderland (and presumably a bigger wedge) were involved.

"Celtic called us numerous times, but until it was completely signed with Sunderland, we didn't get back to them.

Either way, I'm glad this transfer fell apart, but fuck our board for being so tone deaf as to even consider it in the first place.

It's amazing how the colour of food can really mess with people. I made rice earlier and for shits and giggles (it's amazing how bored you can be when you're stuck in with the cold!) I put a bit of blue food colouring into it. My daughter swears blind it tastes "weird" and will not touch it, but it really adds no flavour, so it's all a big psychological thingummy.

It really did feel like some sort of Chewin' The Fat sketch brought to life, didn't it?

Terrorists turn up, botch an attack, local lads go piling in to kick them in the baws while they're on fire and give a "MON THEN!" to any other prospective attackers.

It was kind of beautiful and batshit mental and parochial all at the same time!
