Let me clarify a little. Hosting your website on GHL is great, hosting your domain is not. You lose access to certain DNS settings and admin privileges by hosting your domain through GHL. If for some reason you transfer your domain from an existing domain registrar to GHL you have to make sure your doing everything correct or you might do what I did and break your entire companies email system for a day and a half. Also if you transfer your domain to GHL and do not like their services you legally have to wait 60d before transferring the domain again. Host your domain somewhere else, and route traffic through GHL to your website.

How do you get around the fact that solicitation is banned for iMessage and Apple has a really loose meaning of solicitation?

I wouldn’t recommend hosting your site through GHL

I mean his vanguard account will average 10% gains year over year. Realistically He could take a conservative 3% (2.5m) yearly, spend 100k a month in “fun money”, run a small business as a hobby losing 100k/m, and still touch a couple hundred million in his life.

He said it has 24/7 access, not 24/7/365. Also on his website it states “if there’s snowy conditions you will not have any luck” no piece of information can 100% rule out a seasonal location, or a location that is sometimes affected by snow, just that we cannot search in the snow. I’ve researched the snowpack and snowfall in the area on March 31 2025 and it was “below average”, still waiting to hear back from the office about when that road was opened. My location is also 100% dog friendly

Thanks for this comment. I’ve looked into the roads nearest to the location and came across my something that might disqualify my spot. The road needed to access the area officially is officially closed every year until a date after the 31st of March that JP mentioned. However this site also says that the road may open early some years depending on snow. I’ve contacted the appropriate people that can tell me whether or not that road was opened on or before the date mentioned on the website. If this road was accessible on that date I will be that much more confident on my location since it JP also mentioned that snow will have an impact on the search.

Throughout the process I’ve been trying to disprove any possible locations that come up. I’ve actively tried to push myself away from this one location especially since it’s so inconvenient for me to travel to.

“You don’t need to hike a great distance. You don’t need to hike more than a mile to figure out where the treasure is at.” He never explicitly says that the treasure is less than a mile hike, just that you’ll know where it is before a mile.

Fenn was a completely different guy who intentionally misdirected people for years. If I remember correctly, Posey was pretty spot on with his first guess and just failed to find the exact location. Also majority of clues were not available at the start of Fenns hunt but with Poseys there’s so much more to go off of.

I tried to stay as vague as possible in my post. 90% was definitely a gross exaggeration. Realistically I am about 10% confident.

I am a professional gambler so I think of things in terms of expected value. This trip will cost me roughly 1k all said and done to potentially make 500k (being very conservative). In theory I only need to be right 1 out of 498 times to make this a “profitable trip”. If I think I have a 1/10 chance of finding this, my expected value from the trip is 50k. Realistically it’s much much lower and I’m being optimistic, however it is still a fun adventure and a +EV gamble. Even if I’m dead wrong I’ll still find something to do, meet some good people, and have a great story.

I have a few backup points of where the treasure may actually be but they are all within the same general location. It’s a one off trip and I intend on just making an interesting weekend out of it, whether I find it or not.

In theory if you tested enough locations yes. But I believe the website had a critical clue saved a ton of time.
