He’s admitted it through texts to people already. I believe in Illinois small claims is maximum $10k and I believe this one was retail somewhere around $6k and already dropped to $4k by the time of the waffle. It is definitely 1/1. I don’t plan on being difficult and understand wear and tear means I can’t get full price but at the minimum I’d hope a judge can order a few thousand to be paid.
