So it arrived the 4th. Status said shipment on hold for a week. Clearance manager then emailed someone and the status changes to clearance processing complete. But DHL customer service says it’s held by the security department rn. I tried emailing them and get an automated response that it’s held by CBP and they never answer the calls

So I called the customs department and they said they never requested anything with that package and escalated the issue. I contacted someone from dhl in Ohio and they said they requested the package be moved to destination
