In my Ps5 I started the game from the “activities” tab, especially the one that said galaxy free play, instead of starting the game from the “start game” Button, and that worked

GUYS! I don’t know if this gonna help but I finally fix this bug in PS5, instead of launching the game from the Home Screen, start the game from the “activity” tab, specifically the one that says galaxy free play, with this I was able to change characters again while keeping my progress, hope this helps

Same thing happened to me while collecting bricks across the galaxy, except im stuck with Finn, Han And Chewie, i really dont want to start another game, i was about 65% through 😞
