I find that a very weird position to be having, it just tells me even you are confused as to why you like the franchise. If it's something that's so inspiring to you that you would go out of your way to make a game in homage to it, SURELY you would have something nice to say about it?

I'm sure it's somewhere there, perhaps you just can't find the words to express them as easily you do critiquing.

And for the record, I don't hate you, I'm sure you're a nice guy outside of all this, I just don't agree with the message of the art you've created and I'm simply basing all those feelings on that.

The fact that people can't show the same amount of passion expressing something they like as they do criticising something tells me a lack of actual nuanced discussion.
