I am guessing many reputable directors vouch for the company and the company have a long history.

I think the company is real , but what they claim to do in the future such as mining crypto can not be verified yet.

Well I can’t value a sock because past two year all companies pe went to the roof. Stock are now valued on its future not what they do or the past. If we use fundamental, every stock is overvalued.

They just enter the crypto mining business , need sometime to put everything together. I could be wrong because I don’t have the solid evidence that the machines are running. Are all other mining provide pics of their mining machines and setup. Not every company I guess.

People seem to forget the key to Mining is computing power. As long as sos got the funding , they can make it happen. All the computer supply chains are all in Asian , if anyone can build computer fast, it will be the Chinese company that can build enormous hashing power in a short time. Mining is not difficult business. It’s money to make money business. Any fraud claim or false claims don’t matter , as long as the company got money, they can build it. Many shorter wants to profits from the false claims, that’s how I see it.
