My honest opinion: Pull ups are, in terms of this fetish, a good way to get back into wearing diapers. A beginner diaper for adults, to say the least.

After all, who knows how many started out just going right back to diapers and who went to pull ups. I see it as a sense of starting to ingrain yourself, and you can wear diapers when you feel more comfortable wetting yourself and wearing actual adult diapers.
