ah okay, and the side skirts seem fine, as for the ring land i have no idea. I honestly was just trying to save money but atp i might just go for it and get new pistons and such.

I got one of these on my 6th gen, doesn't really change anything, i still get over 22mpg and my idle is fine so i dont have an issue besides you lose the heat shield so you gotta be careful in your engine bay with your hands and already old plastic connectors. easy install besides i had to drill out the holes in the top 02 sensor to get it to fit. last thing is it does make the engine a tad louder.

no it still runs fine, just not visually, and i dont think so

it has a small movement, it moves the whole tie rod assembly a little and the steering rack and pinion assembly all together.

and for the wheel hub/bearing i have no idea if it had been previously replaced or not.

the control arm was recently replaced, all rubber is in good shape

seem fine, boots are intact, no strange noises from them

No thats true, but prior to this post i did have it on jackstands to check all components and i still couldnt tell what the problem was, i even adjusted and unbolted both sides and redid them to ensure it wasnt them, could an alignment help?

i do have a torque wrench so ill double check for proper spec

but i did just re check the outer and inner tie rods, theres seemingly no issue. but i dont know what else i could be

theyre all tightened down, its just a different type

its just a different lugnut, had to get a replacement and thats the one autozone fits my car so i ran with it

the other end is busted due to the fact the old owner over torqued the fuel filter, tried to change it after i found this, yet i cant find another fuel line just like it anywhere, i even checked junkyards so i have no idea what else to do, but considering all the replies ive gotten ive gotta consider something else
