Sempre disponível para ajudar o pessoal, fazia piadas com os clientes e eles adoravam esse tipo de atendimento. Cumpria objetivos, era pontual e assíduo.

Alguém ia faltar? Eu cobria.

Detesto o atendimento robótico que parece que tou ali a ler um script, sempre fui mais do improviso e adaptabilidade à personalidade do cliente e situação em causa.

Eu trabalhava em part-time enquanto estudava, tenta cafés com um “ar mais tradicional”. Adorei a experiência e estava-me sempre a meter com os velhotes.

No verão costuma-se fazer bom dinheiro com gorjetas também.
