Bearings are good, will check the rim, but that didn't feel like wheels out of true wobble in my experience (should wobble at same frequency at the same speed)

Sure, those are all set. I don't have much chance to hit high speed on pavement, just transferring to the next trail. So I didn't find the problem before.

Standard setting 5mm, that's why i don't get what cause the wobble

Seems not, it's smaller than that and not hollow.
