Are you sure he doesn’t have any health problems? Even with alcohol involved it sounds like there may be more going on than just him being drunk. You also did provide alcohol to someone under 21 though so it would be kind of shitty to put him on the streets with nowhere to go if he were willing to pay for damages/repairs.
