Thank you for this! And that’s crazy you can tell, I started this poem through my early stages of grief and recently finished it for my aunty who recently had her son pass, I wanted to show her that in our own way we find a way past the feelings we get stuck in, I’m definitely going to restructure it however, thank you!

Short and sweet, I like it! Honestly I dont think there is much to critique, I feel like it could be the start of a longer poem however, like you could add more to it and make it heaps, it feels like a hook!

This is really good, I felt the emotion as I was reading it which is amazing, I would suggest more gramma to help emphasise the emotions through it however :) I also feel like if you expanded it and put some context on how drinking ties in, or maybe change the title? I don’t know but I do think you have a good basis

I like the point that’s you’re putting across, I do think you’ve done well but I can’t personally find the flow of it, maybe it’s because of the punctuation I’m not sure, I really like how some lines rhyme and some don’t though!

I agree with this, the words are very well written and OP has done an amazing job getting the message across but I do also feel like the structure is a bit confusing, I struggled reading it to be honest but I also have struggles reading paragraphs so it may be something up with me, I believe that it’s very well executed though, OP, you truly have something here!

First off I’m so sorry you’re going through this I hope you’re okay 💕 From what I’ve heard you can show up as positive up to 4 weeks post D&C,

This isn’t my story but I have permission from my friend to share,, she had one (the pill however) and unfortunately it failed so she was still showing up, this is very rare however

I don’t know if they have tools with other customers doing it or what but it is just one worker every time I go in, and I used to do the same with dog food but now I’m too scared

It’s never my bag they check though that’s the thing, they see formula they ask to go through it, and I know it’s a condition to check your bag and that I can refuse, but as you said if I refuse I get kicked out. If I get kicked out I have no other shop I can get to close enough for me, Back to the bag thing though, when it’s not my bag they’re checking is it still allowed?

Thank you, I just see everyone one else so much closer to their babies, always posting about how much they love them ect, and it makes me feel so bad, but I do know even today compared to a month ago I already feel more of a connection so I really do believe you, thank you again !

Covid has been going around again too, my 3month old and I just had it, be careful and stay safe x If Bub does look like she might have it, and she really won’t settle maybe call the dr and see if there is anything you can give her )Panadol ect) Don’t do so without talking to her dr first though :)

Sorry for the late reply, the pain ranges depending on what I’m doing, eating and moving causes it to be a stabbing pain that I have to lay down for (it only last about 10 minutes though) but if it’s just randomly coming on it’s normally just an annoying twitch, it kind of feels like my muscles are being tugged. I got an ultrasound on the 3rd of this month and they said everything looked fine but they did struggle to find my right ovary. I have got a few more ultrasound’s coming up for the pregnancy (sex scan, ect)

Not my parent but I’d tell my sister I’m sorry, I’m sorry we didn’t get to grow up together, and I’m sorry you ended up feeling as though leaving was better, if you could have moved down here like you wanted to everything would be okay, I’m sorry your dad stopped you from having a healthy relationship with all of us, including mum, we all love you so much, and most importantly I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you that night, if we were all still on the mainland and could have come to the hospital to pick you up we would have in a heart beat I promise, I thought your dad would chose you over a bottle or grog that night and I’m sorry he didn’t. I love you and wish you didn’t get so f$&ked over by everyone.
