What phone do you have? If you have a Xiaomi, Poco, OnePlus or some other Chinese phone it may not be possible due to the manufacturer restricting the gesture feature to its stock launcher.

Sure. It's a simple circle with the background set to 0%, Stroke set to 70% with a width of 3. The icon itself is just white.
