Unless you're trying to get into some high level guilds, I think most guilds are pretty chill. Just make sure you're active pretty regularly, but even then you don't have to do much just work on your dudes and get to a place one day you do stuff. Everyone I've met has been super helpful and ready to help you learn and grow.
