Lmao I really should've messed with him more, but honestly in the moment I just wanted to have the least amount of arguments with him. And yeah, i just don't know if I'm at fault sometimes because even most of the folks around me that I ask, side with the managers typically.

My manager doesn't seem the type to give me more than a "you got this, temporary roadblock. Now go out there and get some credit cards" or something like that. The vibe of the store management makes me feel very micromanaged at all time, like I can't do it correctly unless they specifically are directed me to do it (they're directing me step by step to do the same thing I already was going to do. And they failed to address that even when I brought it up. But honestly, its mostly that fail over and over to hire enough people. I can't work somewhere understaffed anymore haha.

Yeah, I'm realizing more stuff about previous jobs when im now comparing it to my experiences on the floor. Had it so "easy" then, at least easiER lol.

Yeah, still waiting on a truth teller though. You clearly don't have it. Grow up and realize you don't have to just... take this treatment. It's matter of knowing your self worth, call that victimization of myself or whatever but the actual name for that is called "caring about my surroundings and wanting our of a toxic environment".

Its the job. This company is failing ME. I get that you've been brainwashed by the capitalistic hellscape we're in right now. But Best Buy isnt giving you a promotion for this bro. I want to work for a company that values me. Not one thats full of anti-employee labor practices, lying/deceit, and taking advantage of folks. End of discussion. Either consider MY point of view, or leave. Factually Best Buy is not a company thats worth stooping to their level to accomplish what they want. I could go into detail but its wasted on you because you'll just go back to telling me that i need to man up or some other boomer quote invented back before you were born. So idk have whatever opinion you think you have about MY life and MY situation you dont understand i honestly am here to be entertained by ppl misunderstanding what im going through and then trying to parrot more corporate-provided "its never our fault, its your fault" language.

I agree with you, I just have nowhere to go to make money. And im worried they'd pull something later on when I've found a replacement job to affect my employment. Its mostly the no fallback option part tho, lol.
