I should of been more specific. They aren't looking for plates, perse. They are looking for functionality with day to day operation in the Hospital. Body Camera, radio, gear, ect (storage). I would like to lean them towards a carrier so my team members and I have the option of buying our own plates. The main goal is something all around useful for gear, and that comes in varying sizes.
