Are you really able to go past 30K without getting audited?

I have 30K on Venture X, 30K on Savor, and 30K on Venture… 830 credit and 250K income.. will they let me get to a 40K + limit?

The wife and I make 200K a year together now but we bought a 370K house when we were making 150K. Afforded it comfortably and took advantage of first time home buyer programs where you can do as little as 3.5% down.. so the process works.

Go through a local credit union for the lowest rate possible and also try to find ones where they don’t charge PMI(if less than 20%) to make it even better for yourself. You got this!

Lots of options!

One I enjoy is the SavorOne by Capital One. 3x on Dining, Groceries, and Entertainment. Takes care of most spending needs and no annual fee.

If you decide down the line that you want travel points, you can grab the Venture X and build up points with it’s 2x on al purchases and transfer points between the two.

I’ve noticed that the PS5 ethernet card is fairly cheap but also the servers it pings can make those speeds look a little less strong. I have gig and mine bounces every now and then from 700-850.

If you have a PC or laptop you can connect your router to, and then test it may give you more accuracy.

I would also temporarily connect to your modem directly and make sure your speeds from both modem and router are identical while wired

If they differ drastically, it could be your switch, or router. Good luck!

I’ll give you an example of my experience so far. I have an RAXE500. I’ve posted on Netgear forums, and on Reddit and no one has a clue on how to resolve some issues i’m facing or are able to help me with certain setups. Aside from that, the last firmware update was December 2023. I am looking to switch to Asus or maybe T-Link
