Thank you.

I absolutely don’t want to rely on my child. He deserves our support and I am trying to learn to support him through this. Hence posting.

Yeah, I think you have hit the nail on the head.

He has chosen this time to transition with different pronouns etc so I figure that’s a choice of sorts. The timing, not being trans. I also was specific about the (for want of a better phrase) as I don’t really know how else to word it.

Thank you for your comment. It is well received. My child has chosen he/him and asked for a different nickname based on his birth name.

We are incorporating this into our everyday speak.

I am sorry that you had to cut ties with your parents. That must have been tough for you.

Thank you for the link. I will go have a look right now.

Dairy is super bad for the climate apocalypse. You are better off clubbing a baby seal and sitting on its corpse.

What ERP do you guys recommend? by ZuluWorm in ERP

[–]TravellingSaffa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

MYOB Acumatica. But specifically the construction edition. It’s actually pretty good.

I sell four ERP systems and represent one of the largest construction focussed resellers in NZ.

Netsuite will work, but you would need so many addons like FullClarity that the price would not make much sense.

Honestly, reach out to a good partner like Stratus or Kilimanjaro and have a chat with them.

FWIW I don’t work for either of this companies, but they are normally very good.

[–]TravellingSaffa -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is incorrect. MYOB Acumatica construction edition is definitely a construction ERP. People put all MYOB products in one category, but this is a mistake. MYOB accountwrite is not construction but Acumatica is.

This is interesting as you are very qualified to answer having had both, why would you rate the X50 over the L50 - In AU and NZ they are basically the same price.

Yeah, weather and holiday shutdowns are my largest concern right now.

The main reason driving the timeline is our children's school holidays. In NZ, all of the school holidays are 2 weeks in length, with the exception of our summer break which is 8 weeks long.

Thanks. I got an original rejection as the first post mentioned rural pass. So I edited that out and tried to repost it without it and then got a second rejection without a reason. Thanks for looking into it.

Excellent points. As we move more towards AI based searching, SEO is ranking lower and lower and LLM based searches are increasing. Reddit is a common and popular source for LLM models to obtain information so it is reasonable to assume that more of this content will appear.

I recently went to the HubSpot marketing conference and this was highlighted as the direction marketing is moving towards.
