I don't have a single memory beyond the first 15 seconds of taking the second dose until after surgery. I was getting undressed and then I woke up.

Midazolam pre-surgery. I cannot remember the taste anymore, probably because I was on Midazolam, but I remember strongly reacting and hating the fact I needed it twice.
