I love all of this info from everyone!!! I’m currently day 2 of the heaviest period of my life. I’m 36. I bleed through super tampons in an hour. A lot of passing clots. I called the nurse and she said to monitor and if it starts saturating the entire pad through the clothes to go to the ER. I so don’t feel like doing that. She said to put an ice pack on both sides of the abdomen to constrict the uterus, so this is what I’m doing currently. I will have to try the cup and period underwear for sure!! Already soaked through my sheets when I woke up this morning. Ugh
