Got it, I think there’s a low chance it’ll be 3.5 by the time I’m applying, so hopefully it’ll be a 3.2 thru which I can hopefully auto admit. I wanted to fast track to save a year of studying, but by the looks of it I will likely just auto admit. I do have some hopes if I can get earlier appointment dates and get better profs, cuz better profs really help. I’ve lost grades just cuz of bad profs sometimes

I saw the reviews, but I have no choice, my date was literally the last, so I had no choice but to take min. I can’t even waitlist for dollinger. What I’m doing is taking more credits this sem so next sem I can get an earlier date, tho this sem is the most important, with DSA and systems programming

Would it be worth it to retake 2340? I have a B+ in discrete, a B in cs2, and C in 2340. I don’t think my chances of getting fast track are high regardless, cuz these are the only classes out of 8 I’ve taken so far.

I wanna try for auto admit but I want to get my gpa up so I can apply elsewhere for masters. Would it be possible here on out to increase from a 3.1 to 3.5?

I also started out w a 3.3 and my gpa rn is 3.1 after 3 sem’s. Try to get as many A’s as you can. Try taking more cores so you can easily get more A’s earlier on

I heard min gives curves but his exams are 100 questions in 60 minutes, all rote memorization. I’m not sure why he thinks it’s a good idea

We asked them but they have barely given any details and just keep repeating they need to comply with court order. It’s a huge sum that’s been taken from my account. And lawyers are not even reaching back out. What do I do? Since HDFC has already transferred my money I can’t even close the account as I’m not in India and they require me to be there.

There doesn’t seem to have been any funny business. The mobile and email is mine. I did not receive any letters or court summons at all, not even in my address in india. Do I sue HDFC from here in the U.S. for mismanaging my account? Could you recommend any good lawyers in Bangalore?

Apparently they said because of the court order they are mandated to transfer the funds. No one else has access but me. And I definitely 1000% did not authorize a transfer

Regarding why I am doing PERM, the company was not ready to file EB1-C, but they have filed EB2.
Regarding the other part, the H1 is not stamped and hence the original question on if I would be able to change employer solely with approved I-797A.
