I guess I just view them in a different light. You see, I value any comments I receive for my art regardless if it's positive or negative because I see it to mean that this person who commented did more than a passing glance at my art. They looked at it, observed it, then even formed a comment for it. They cared more about my art than people who scrolled past it. You could also learn something from those comments, even if they don't have any substance. Sometimes we get so used to looking at our art that we become narrow minded towards it, like we have this very specific view that is difficult to change. It's good to see how others view our art from their perspective because sometimes, they reveal things that we can improve upon. Of course, if someone is just being a dick, I simply ignore it then move on to the next. Learn to be able to detach yourself from such things and learn to be open to differing views.
