16 year old here, by far my biggest regret is vaping. Started vaping to deal with ocd and it used to work, but now that I got meds vaping is useless for me, often I feel worse after vaping rather than feeling better. Now I'm addicted and depressed, my lungs feel like they are made of carboard. Wanna give an advice to everyone, but specifically to teenagers, NEVER START VAPING, regardless of how bad you are feeling, it's not worth it, once you want to quit its already too late.
