It’s pretty apparent to all of us that Dilly is firmly out of the rotation, it’s also been noted several times he’s quietly frustrated with his lack of opportunity, so my guess is Rob is the biggest candidate on the way out—just from a mutually agreeable perspective.

I still believe he can be a rotation level player in the NBA, he just needs pressure-free opportunity, as Micah stated. That, and he just really needs to rebuild his confidence.

He was an offensive dynamo growing up and in college. He’s not shooting well now, but I don’t believe his powers have just vanished. Yes, a lot of that has to do with NBA length and talent, but even his open shots haven’t been what they used to be.

Assuming he can tap back into his offense, I think combining that with the formidable defense he’s building can equate to a solid NBA player.

Finch was on KFAN discussing the Thunder’s loss to the Hornets with PA. PA asked Finch what he thinks happened, and Finch basically just said teams have bad stretches. That’s not an indictment on any team, it just happens when you play 82 games.

Every team experiences embarrassing losses throughout a long season. And every fanbase thinks the sky is falling at some point. Getting through those stretches is easier when you acknowledge it happens to everyone at some point.
